Refund policy

Products:

With the exclusion of all furniture — including lamps, lighting fixtures, and hardware — items purchased online may be returned within 10 days from the date of your purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

To return your item(s) please email shopreturns@mainestreetdesign.com to let us know the item, your reason for the return, and the date item will be mailed for restocking. Once we have received the item and inspected it, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to documented damage of purchased item upon acceptance of notification of damage, MSDCO will reimburse for shipping.

Processing Time:

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
