The Maine Coast Fishermen's Association celebrates Maine seafood every day, and we want to make it easier for you to enjoy Maine seafood, too.

Catch: A Maine Seafood Cookbook from the Maine Coast Fishermen's Association was a two-year project that required all hands on deck. We are so thankful to everyone who contributed and pitched in to bring this cookbook to life. 

The cookbook is full of recipes that use Maine seafood and common household ingredients, and the photos of the prepared meals depict the recipes just like you might make them at home. This was super important to us. 

Seafood is not delicate or precious and we wanted to make sure that when you opened the cookbook and read the recipes, you would say, "Yeah, I can make that!" (We all know what it's like to read a cookbook and glance and the photos and ingredients and think, "That's not gonna happen.")
